作品について
1800年頃の古典的なスイス民族衣装シリーズから生まれた、色鮮やかで魅力的な一枚です。ツーク湖畔ブオナス村という地名が明記されている点は非常に珍しく、価値を高めています。「P.マイヤーとその娘」という人物名が記されており、ほぼ伝記的な趣を与え、ツーク地方のコレクターに特に好まれます。オリジナルの手彩色、当時の金縁額、そしてツークの老舗美術商ヴァルター・バルト・エルベンからの由来が魅力を完成させています。

Rückseitig zwei Provenienz-Etiketten: 'Walter Barth Erben, Zug – Kupferstiche und Antiquitäten' (renommierter Zuger Kunst- und Antiquitätenhandel) sowie 'W. Knoll, Vergolden und Einrahmen, Zürich' für die Rahmung. Handschriftliche Inventarnummern 'No. 804' und '9421'. Damit ist eine durchgehende Schweizer Sammlungs- und Handelsgeschichte belegt – das Blatt stammt aus einer Zuger Privatsammlung und wurde einst über das lokale Traditionshaus Barth vermittelt.
