About the Work
A graphically striking motif: the legendary Rigi with a radiant sun above the sea of fog, in the Art Déco style of classic Swiss poster art. Important and transparently stated: this piece is a modern self-printed copy — not a historical original poster. As a decorative framed wall piece, however, it remains an attractive eye-catcher with typical Swiss Alpine flair.
Provenance
Der Sammler weist ausdrücklich darauf hin: 'Die Bilder habe ich selber ausgedruckt, das sind keine Originale.' Das vorliegende Werk ist somit eine selbst hergestellte Reproduktion des bekannten Rigi-Plakats im Art-Déco-Stil, gerahmt in einem einfachen silberfarbenen Aluminiumrahmen. Es wird als dekoratives Objekt und ausdrücklich NICHT als antiquarisches Original angeboten – wichtig für eine ehrliche Vermarktung.
